If you are ready to show up, you will transform your life. Each person has their own unique path toward healing. The experiences and timeline will vary greatly depending upon that path and the degree to which a person shows up. This work is powerful. It’s possible that you accomplish in a few sessions, what people accomplish after years of therapy. Accept the challenge and I’ll have your back the whole time.

Here’s an idea of what things may look like.

What a 1:1 session may look like?

Sessions have a deeply personal approach that will guide you through discovery and dissolution of the stories you have built that no longer serve you. We’ll engage in mindful and evidence based holistic practices, which may include movement, meditation, breath-work, journaling, self-inquiry & honest conversation. This will all help you to integrate healing and set you up to navigate all that being human has to offer. You will leave feeling radically responsible for your life and have an actionable plan to make it all happen.

What a group session may look like?

There is so much to gain from sharing our story and truly listening to another’s. Coming together as a group with the intention of love, appreciation and learning can have a transformational impact on all involved.

Conscious Counseling Group Sessions - We’ll meet in small groups (in person or virtual) to connect, grow and learn together. Jill coaches and guides the group as we all hold space for one another and witness the power of radical responsibility when conscious contemplation is created within a container of safety.

Breathwork Group Sessions - We’ll meet in small groups (in person or virtual) for a breathwork session to experience the power of shared authenticity and permission in a safe container

What a breathwork session may look like?

During breathwork sessions, you will be laying down and breathing in a particular pattern. Through this conscious connected breathing pattern, you can access altered states of consciousness that allow you to shatter beliefs, heal the past and shift your reality. Working with the subconscious mind and emotional body, you can safely and efficiently work through mental health conditions like depression, anxiety and chronic stress and stored trauma. This technique is a behavioral health therapy employed to help people cope with trauma, so as a trained facilitator, I’ll safely hold space for you to process. Through practice, you’ll learn to integrate breathwork into your daily life as a powerful tool.

What guided meditation may feel like?

You will be safely guided into an enhanced state of awareness, where the conscious mind quiets and the subconscious mind is revealed. This is a powerful opportunity to re-program patterns of behavior within the mind, enable irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts as well as address suppressed emotions. As the body is released from conscious control during the relaxed state, breathing becomes slower and deeper, the pulse rate drops and the metabolic rate falls. Similar changes along nervous pathways and hormonal channels occur making lasting healthy changes in the body.

What a virtual session may be like?

You have the option of experiencing breathwork and conscious counseling in the privacy of your own home. You will receive the same healthful benefits without getting out of your jammies! You’ll need good internet access, a quiet space and an open mind.

What a retreat may look like?

Attend a retreat and spend time with unique and beautiful souls as you experience powerful transformation. This is an opportunity to truly connect and heal that relationship with yourSELF. RETREAT FAQs

Each retreat is unique and offers a different experience, however, the space offers the same beauty and peace each time!

  • Nestled in the heart of the San Juan mountains of western Colorado you’ll enjoy 26 acres of peaceful nature surrounded by beautiful views.

  • Each day will have an organic flow but this sample schedule will give you an idea of a day at the retreat.

    7 a.m. Yoga

    8 a.m. Breakfast

    9 a.m. Scheduled Activities

    12:00 p.m. Lunch & Free Time

    2:00 p.m. Scheduled Activities

    5:30 Meditation

    6:00 p.m.: Dinner

    8:00 Evening Activity

  • Exact directions will be provided after registration. We will arrange for pickup from Montrose airport.

    The nearest airports are as follows:

    Montrose Airport - 45 mins

    Telluride Airport - 1 Hr

    Grand Junction Airport - 2 Hrs

    Denver International Airport - 5 Hrs

  • You will spend time with other beautiful souls as you are guided through mindful activities and activations. Included in the fee is accommodations in small glamping tents on the property (shared occupancy 2 per tent), 3 meals a day, arranged transportation from a nearby airport (Montrose or Telluride) and an unforgettable experience. Fee does not include airfare or additional activities in the area.

  • A sauna and cold plunge are located at camp and may be used during unscheduled hours.

    Massage and Sound Healing Sessions may be scheduled on site during unscheduled hours given therapists are available.

    Small hikes around the property are available to you during unscheduled hours.

  • Please note that you will be “glamping” (upscale camping) during the retreat so the majority of the time will be spent outside in nature and sleeping accommodations are in upscale cavas tents so please bring layered clothing so you are prepared for the ever changing weather in the mountains of Colorado.

    No alcohol will be served or allowed during the retreat. Please refrain from drugs and alcohol use at least 3 days prior to the retreat so you arrive ready and available e to do thew work.

    Please arrive with an open mind and be ready for a huge transformation.
